English, German day-school camp with swimming lessons for children between the ages of 7-8, 9-11, and 12-14 years old.

Day-school camp in holidays for primary school pupils – in playful development of language and informatics skills in groups formed according to the age groups and former measuring of level of knowledge, with the possibility for sports with the care of a professional teacher! Differentiated development in a playful form.

For the child to be able to get to like the language we have to find such an environment for him where he can learn in a spontaneous and experience-like way. Children between the ages of 7-14 learn the foreign language in a similar way to their mother tongue. The lessons are built on this experience pedagological method. English or other foreign language “sticks” on them because they still have reflexes for copying that disappears later so adults can only learn foreign languages in a logical way. Starting learning languages in the childhood gives the possibility for the child to learn the language at the level of the mother tongue and later to be open for learning other languages. Teaching languages at schools unfortunately place small stress on activities occurring most often and on language forms expressing emotions.

Experience shows that the experimental form of the success of communication in foreign languages can be a significant motivating force in further language learning. Language cannot be separated from activity and using languages does not start with knowing irregular verbs but with being able to express our feelings and transfer information efficiently and being able to validate our interests.

Daily time table planned for the age groups for children between the ages of 7-8, 9-11 and 12-14: 3x45 minutes language lessons, 2 swimming lessons + playful information technology

Our camp contains:

-          3 meals a day (elevenses, lunch, tea)

-          taking part in language lessons

-          tickets for swimming-pool

-          taking part in swimming lessons

-          one t-shirt of the camp

-          one file-holder for collecting the material got during the lessons

We take into consideration special needs (being vegetarian and allergic for flour, etc.) (please sign in advance). The meals 2 times a day:

-          elevenses : with fruits

-          lunch (in a restaurant)

-          tea

Our pupils take part in at least 135 minutes of language learning which is speech centred and intensive in small groups. Tuition fee also contains the costs of notes and helping material. Each group gets tailor-made material in a notes-like form.

When forming our groups of pupils we pay special attention to the pupils getting into groups proper for their age, knowledge, and preparation (measuring level of knowledge). At the end of day-school camp pupils write playful test and there is a summarising evaluation the result of which is certified by a certificate issued by IOSZIA Educational Institution.

We are sure that sport has to be given an outstanding role nowadays. Sport itself is an experience, improves the quality of life but it has very significant positive “side effects”. Swimming moves all inner muscles of the body, develops stability, increases efficiency and movability. It keeps spine in a stable form, stretches muscles and besides it adds to the peace of our soul. A swimming trainer who is professional with 10 years experience deals with the children.

Swimming in the morning prepares children well for afternoon lessons, and the afternoon lessons ensure relaxation games and letting-out for children.
